I’m also a qualified Exercise Referral Instructor. Once your GP has signed you off, I am able to build a programme to help you recover your fitness. This could be following surgery, or learning to live with a diagnosed medical condition which has made conventional fitness programmes difficult to follow. Whatever your stage in life, I am confident we can make life better for you!
