​Everyone has their own health and fitness goal. I can help you to reach yours, with one-to- one personal training in Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates or Fitness. You may want to train for a specific sporting challenge. Or perhaps your goal is to say goodbye to some unwanted weight. Maybe you need to rebuild your strength following surgery or an illness. Whatever your target, a tailored exercise programme and a motivational personal trainer can get you there safely and effectively. Everyone starts with a consultation to understand your individual needs followed by a single session, then I can begin to map out a pathway to get you on the road to reach your goals. Should you wish, I can advise on your nutrition, and how to combine what you eat for a healthy lifestyle, supporting your fitness journey.  You can train in my workout room, or in the comfort of your own home.

Personal Training sessions are very popular and we are almost running at full capacity, however we now have a student in training! If you are interested in reduced cost sessions then please ask when you enquire.  Supervision and guidance is provided every step of the way, but they are working towards the qualification, so the charge per session is adjusted.

Small Group Training

We offer training for small groups who would like to train together without having to join a public class.  We can do training on a one off, or regular basis.  Our charge may include venue hire, if there is a requirement for somewhere to accommodate everyone attending.

Exercise Referral

I’m also a qualified Exercise Referral Instructor. Once your GP has signed you off, I am able to work with you to help you recover your fitness.  This could be post surgery, or learning to live with a diagnosed medical condition which has made conventional fitness programmes difficult to follow.  Whatever your stage in life, I am confident we can make it better for you!
