Everyone has their own health and fitness goal. I can help you to reach yours, with one-to- one personal training in Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates or fitness. You may want to train for a specific sporting challenge. Or perhaps your goal is to say goodbye to some unwanted weight. Maybe you need to rebuild your strength following surgery or an illness. Whatever your target, a tailored exercise programme and a motivational personal trainer can get you there safely and effectively. I recommend that you start with a consultation to understand your individual needs followed by a single session, then I can begin to map out a pathway to get you on the road to reach your goals. Should you wish, I can advise on your nutrition, and how to combine what you eat for a healthy lifestyle, supporting your fitness journey. So, get in touch and say hello to a whole new you!

One-to-one sessions start at £30 per hour (or part thereof)
Small Group Training starts from £45
Book weekly or make a commitment with a block of regular sessions

I’m also a qualified Exercise Referral Instructor. Once your GP has signed you off, I am able to build a programme to help you recover your fitness.  This could be following surgery, or learning to live with a diagnosed medical condition which has made conventional fitness programmes difficult to follow.  Whatever your stage in life, I am confident we can make life better for you!
