We have taken the decision to reduce the evening classes for this week and have a rest. With low numbers in the last week, it seems that with many forced changes to home life (lack of space, work from home areas) quite a few of you have other plans for your evenings and prefer an afternoon workout so you can relax later. If you still want an evening workout, then please do get in touch with Karen and tell us which evenings and what times work for you, we will then have a better idea of your needs and set an evening aside for class(es) that you actually want rather than guessing!

New Afternoon Classes
We are running a “Men on Mats” class on Thursday at 1200. This class will be a complete beginners to Pilates for blokes!
We are also adding in more afternoon classes. So if you’ve never tried Barre or Trigger Point, now is the perfect chance!
Access to Zoom this week

Before you try and get into a class on Zoom, please ensure that you have signed in to the Zoom application, using the email and password you set the application up with. It does randomly log you out, and this prevents you from being able to "join" a meeting.

The Password has now changed for next week. If you are not in the Members Group, and are paying for a single class, you will need to contact us after you’ve paid for your session to get the password.
Karen is available until 4pm Monday-Friday, to provide query responses and send class details/passwords, so wherever possible get in touch the day before your planned class so you have all you need to access.
