Join me at these classes situated in the heart of Royston. There’s keep fit, seated keep fit and Pilates exercise classes available to join in at the venue or join us live online from your living room! Keep fit classes are designed to be fun as you improve your fitness levels through a range of carefully chosen exercises. Seated classes provide gentle exercise that’s easy to follow and builds strength and flexibility with movement and stretches. Pilates classes develop your balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water with you.

Classes run all year rather than being restricted to school term times. I sometimes take a break, but I always try to give you plenty of notice.

Our venue is the Market Hill Rooms in the centre of Royston, just behind the library. There’s easy pay and display parking on Fish Hill and on Market Hill.
