Fitness classes in Cheshunt
Fun effective sessions
Join Donna and me at these fun, keep fit classes run by the U3A. Classes are run for members of the U3A (University of the Third Age) which is a club providing fun and interesting activities for those who are retired or semi-retired – it’s not dependant on your age, instead it reflects an exciting new life stage. You don’t have to pay in advance, instead pay on the day, whenever you come. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water with you. Everything else is provided.

Come along to the Laura Trott Centre
The Laura Trott Centre is in Cheshunt on Windmill Lane. Prior to its £4 million redevelopment it was known as the Grundy Park Leisure Centre. It was renamed in honour of female cycling champion Laura Trott, who grew up in Cheshunt and went on to be a four times Olympic gold medal winner in 2012 and 2016.
