Come along to my friendly fitness classes in Buntingford. All of the classes are pay as you go. We are working on a booking system for the future so you can book and pay in advance…we’ll let you know when we get this up and running!
What are the classes we offer in Buntingford?
Body Blitz (Interval Training) improves fitness and burns more calories than constant rate exercise through a mixture of high and low intensity workouts.
Body Conditioning provides a whole-body workout which focuses equally on strength, aerobic exercise and endurance.
Barre Pilates This class combines Pilates and Ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers often have to endure!
Pilates, a low-impact form of exercise which is intended to build up muscle strength and improve flexibility, wellbeing and your general level of fitness. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water, no trainers required, just socks or bare feet.
Trigger Point Pilates provides myofascial release of the body, undoing movement restrictions, utilising Pilates core moves. This class is specialist and uses Roam Rollers, Mini Balls, Prickle Balls and Bands, to leave you feeling stretched, relaxed and released! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water. No trainers required, just socks or bare feet.
Do I need to book?
No, only if it’s a new class (so we have an idea of numbers likely to attend)
Do I need a mat?
No, we do provide all the equipment, however, if you attend regularly, you are encouraged to purchase a mat for your own use. A good thick mat (15mm) is a wise purchase if you want comfort whilst you workout!
When do classes run?
The majority of our classes run all year round, unless specifically notified. We do take a break at Christmas but the rest of the year, we’ll run classes if the numbers are sufficient.

I find Irene an excellent Pilate’s teacher. She’s very good at pitching the level according to our varied flexibility. She keeps the sessions fun, at the same time stretching us a little more each session. I like the fact that we discover near the end of an hour that we can do something a little better/further than at the beginning of that session!
I find the stretching exercises are perfect for me after playing tennis in the morning, and the concept of strengthening my ‘inner core’ suits me perfectly.”
