Fitness Classes in Bishop’s Stortford
Feel-good exercise
Pop along to my evening Pilates classes in Bishop’s Stortford. The class is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness since Pilates develops balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Originally created by Joseph Pilates, this exercise system stems from his belief that mental and physical health are closely connected, which makes good sense. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water with you. Everything else is provided and parking is free.
Pilates is £7 per session (paid 4 weekly in advance by BACS or cash) or pay as you go (PAYG) at £8 per session.
Day | Time | Duration | Venue | Class | Price |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Wednesday | 6:30pm - 7:30pm | 60 minutes | Hillmead School | Intermediate Pilates | £8 PAYG |
At your first visit, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire known to fitness instructors as a ‘Par-Q’, which stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It means I can take into account any health issues, as I guide you through the exercise routines. If you’d like to complete the form in advance please do.
Classes run all year rather than being restricted to school term times. I sometimes take a break, but I always try to give you plenty of notice.
